ACT Fibernet — Network and not being worked upon by the company | |||
I have taken an yearly broadband package from Beam telecom 1 1/2 yrs back and everytime am getting network problem due to LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY. Since last 5 days the same issue is coming and when calling to Customer care everytime I get to hear the same ridiculous statements of being sorry and that the issue would be resolved in 24 hrs. THis is continuing since 5 days and neither the customer care officials nor the technical team is able to resolve the problem and activate the broadband network Even sending mails to nodal officer has been futile. The company has a very callous attitude towards the customer's and their problems Request you to guide me for loding a case in consumer court against the company The regulatory should keep a check on these companies and should cancel their license due to such negligence and callous attitude from the company's side My regd. user id is [protected]@gmail.com Thanking You, Was this information helpful? | |||
