[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Disconnection and Refund of the amount

I have taken Annual connection in August 2008. I had got the connection and the hardware after two month of applying and the anti-virus software was sent after a couple of months. Discount coupons were sent in December after continuously insisting over the customer support.

Alas! Internet is also no good. Three weeks ago the Beam guy changes a switch in the box and I am getting static IP. I complained regarding the same. There is no response instead customer phone support explains the definitions of IP. I have taken Annual connection. Mahesh, what he poses himself as Area Manager clearly stated that the connection will carry a Dynamic address and there will not be a delay more than 24 hours for service. He never stood on his words and has been a disgraceful problem throughout the year.

Instead of resolving the problem, they now created a new problem. They sent a mail saying ticket is closed. The status should be resolved or not resolved. Still there is no internet and now the customer support doesnot even answer the phone.

People cannot survive without internet and it is essentiel that Beam respond immediately to the problem.

The last resolution I suggest is to refund the five months balance of the Annual connection and pay for the damages caused for the delay in service and support they are due.

Thanks for the Forum, I am terribly bugged and fed up of the service they are providing, My connection has been disconnected saying that they need to migrate their systema and its been over a week that they have not fixed it, My reqular calls(twice a day) to the customer care and marketing person has gone in vain.
I have paid for a half yearly subscription and they have taken me for a ride saying that my system needs to be formatted etc., . .There is no escalation channel nor are they willing to help.They wont even cancel my connection and the marketing guy now does not even answer my calls.
