I totally agree with the previous two complaints. I had two issues this month with Beam Telecom, Hyderabad. All they do is log a ticket on your name and assure you that they will solve the problem within 24hrs. On the Contarary, we will not get any call back from them for the next 2-4 days unless you call them and remind them of your tickets that you have opened.
After all the hue and cry, they will call you on one final day and ask you what is the problem you are facing? This would make me cry and go mad at them. This is really not working and it needs to learn to pay respect to Customer's plight.

The customer service centre is the worst, I have experienced in my life. They force you to listen to thier costly music for minimum of 10-15 minutes to hear the call will be attended in next 24 hours. The service call is closed after 24 hours irresepctive whether it is attended by technition and no way you can open the service call once again. A new call will be openned without reference to the old and this cycle will continue indefinitely. BEAM never bothered to verify with customer whether the issue has been attended or resolved, they don't feel it is important
