Hi,
I have applied for new connection with Beam Telecom on 27-Feb-2011 receipt no. BT/NCR/27353. Executive visited my house and collected cash of Rs.3000 and promised me that new connection will be provided in 5 days. Now it is 15 days and even after repeated calls to customer care[protected] the connection is not provided yet. I try to contact the executive ([protected]-Bhaskar) and he doesn't even answer his phone seeing my number. The supervisor of customer care department says it may take 24 more hours and this continues every day. When I ask to cancel the connection, he says it takes 15 to 20 days to refund the amount.
Now, tell me why should we suffer (wait for 15 - 20 days) to even get back the money which we have paid. Please help in filing a strong complaint case againt Beam Telecom, so that they don't repeat this again to other customers.

This is ridiculous service and if this is at start what should one expect when they have our money and subscription for 6months.
