[Resolved]  Adani Gas — delaying in refund of excess payment

there are n number of complaint in adani gas ltd, a png provider about charging late payment fee of Rs. 100/- in the bill. It can not be justified paying Rs.100/- more in the bill of Rs.300/- means fine of 25%. whereas if anybody has made excess payment company will use this fund for months and when called on customer care they reply we will take minimum three and half month or twenty one days to make the refund. this is the justice customer getting because he or she is -- bichara, bapda, ekla .
