ADFC PVT IS BLOOD SUCKER CO., EMPLOYEES R WORKING 12 - 14 HRS WITHOUT ANY LATE CLAIM FOR HDFC AND SENIORS HIDING THESE ACTIVITIES OF THEIR DEPTT., SPECIALY IN HARYANA BRANCH OF HDFC BANK, THE WHOLE SYSTEM OF OFFICER HAS BECOME CORRUPTED THEY R HIDING THEIR LOSE POINTS OF OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT

SAME IS HERE IN CARDS ONLY NO WEEKLY, WORKING ON SUNADYS, HOLIDAYS EVEN ALSO IN NATIONAL HOLIDAYS ... WORKING LIKE THID FOR LAST 18 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY REST .HOW COULD ONE GIVE HIS 100 %

Chennai, Thiruvanmiyur, HDFC staff miss behave to ADFC employee 12 hours 13, 14 hours working but not in a over time,
Senior staff promotion will be required.
please kindly do the needful.

this is regarding tirupati and nellore Bpo ADFC PVT LTD.

employees of ADFC are very happy that they are in ADFC but when comparing to the work and the payment that they are reciving they are very much unhappy because the salary they are getting now is very very less and not at all sufficent in current days living status.

an employee per month reciveing 4000/-

for room rent- 450/-
food- daily - breakfast- 20/- + mid day meals + evening breakfast 15/- + night meals. = 70/- so for a total of 25 days that costs=1750/-
dress maintainance+ laundary = 60/-
current bil+ water bill+ all other daily requirements includes monthly= 150+ 400
the rest they are having wil be arround 1000/- or 500/- .
if that person went homes 4 sundays in a month = bus fairs- 200/-

please think of the lifes of ADFC employee who are doing well for the company.

help our employee please we are suffering allot financially please increase our salary please sir consider our requests please

HDFC k on role employees apne personal kaam ADFC ke employees se karwate hein aur gaaliyan sunate hein. HDFC k on role weekly off k din bhi ADFC employees ko office bula kar apne personal kaam karwate hein yaan phir aisa bol dete hein ki tumhe to office aana hi padega agar nahi aaoge toh job se nikal diye jaaoge. HDFC employees itna ganda behave kartein hein jiski toh puchho mat. hamare office mein, ek ADFC employee ko HDFC employee ne kaha ki teri biwi ke saath mein aaj ki raat bitana chata hun, agar tu haan nahi karega toh resign kar de. Sabse badi problem toh yeh h ki, saale weekly off dete hi nahi hein aur national holidays ke din bhi office bula kar kaam karwate hein. yeh employees ko employees nahi Gadha samajhte hein. Mr. Aditya Puri in baaton par dhyan nahi denge. Unko ADFC employees se kya matalb hai, woh toh bus target ka danda dete rehte hein, unhe apni bank ko most profitable bank jo banana h. HDFC employee ADFC girls employees ko sexual harrament kartein hein, uski koi sunwai toh karta nahi hai. Aisa lagta hai ki, jese ki police wale hafta vasooli kar rahe ho.

I request the management of ADFC (i) not to betray or make a fool to young generation that they will be taken on the role of HDFC after six months tra ining; and (ii) why you people forced to the young girls working in such a co.either due to their financial family problems/or their personal problems or they have no jobs after doing MBA regular to sit late at night hours. Is the shift of 11AM to 8PM is suitable for girls. Why you people have not taken care the roaster in which someone has taken late hour duty and other one is on early hour. After seeing the atmosphere under which hwo girls are facing a lot. So rotate the duty of the girls only on the early hours not on late hours so girls can reach their homes in time. After leaving the office at 8.15PM, you thing that girs reach their destinations after one hour and some girs have family problem their mother is not physically ok and other married girs have to look after their homes. Also make a policy for promotion or duty of the HDFC to make some system to take he prople from AD FC in their payroll.
