Aditya — Complaint Against a RTO Copy

Dear All, Greetings..!!! I would like to bring to your notice an incident and a complain about a RTO officer named Shri. Rahul Dhotre I was travelling on my moped Suzuki access on 08.09.2013 to balaji nagart via swargate – I was travelling from koregaon park pune – this was around 8 o’clock in the evening. Suddenly near ahilyadevi chowk – I realised that my 2 wheeler was out of fuel and I had to take my bike towards the other side of the road over a zebra crossing. Suddenly a traffic cop named Rahul Dhotre arrived and started abusing with bad words including foul words for Mother and Sister – he pushed us hard enough to make us fall on the road – but somehow we balanced ourselves – he was full of ego and heat of his uniform – started provocating us with all the abuses he could use. We tried explaining which was of no use and eventually he started saying ‘jo karna hain wo karlo’ / ‘jisko complaint karni hain karo’ and all that. He did not understand anything at all and finally made us a fine and only then handed over our keys. He was completely rude and bad in his behaviour and I am sure he must definitely be harassing other citizens
