Advanced Hair Studio — Bad system and money not refunded

My name is Samson Jesudas, one of the most unhappy customer of Advanced Hair Studio. Being a Media Professional and being aware of the trick of Advertisements, I still fell victim to the wide publicity using all Sports Personalities of the World. Its just an Eyewash. Please note the following :-
1. Visited their clinic on 23rd Feb 2012 and met their Consultant Dr. Viral Solanki. Viral suggested Hair by Hair Non-surgical treatment at a cost of Rs. 1,51,000/- plus ST. I paid Rs. 950/- as consultant charges vide Receipt No CRCR[protected].
2. Visited their clinic again to give sample of my hair and measurements.
3. Then I get a sms from them on 5th March to deposit Rs.58277/- in their ICICI Bank acct.
4. I deposit Rs. 58277/- in their account vide cheque no 100301, dt 7th March 2012.
5. After 3 months i.e. on 2nd week of June 2012, my Hair System arrives from their so called USA office. And I was asked to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 84832/-, which I did and the receipt no is REC/MUM/1227/12-13
6. Meanwhile Dr. Viral Solanki leaves the organization, so I am left with no one to talk or discuss.
7. Then in the last week of June, I go their clinic to fix the Hair System. One Mrs. Dipti was my hair dresser. She was struggling with the Hair System and with lot of effort she fixed it on my head.
8. I spent 10 days of AGONY with the Hair system on my head. I immediately knew that there is something wrong with the Hair System. I realised that the so called Hair System was nothing but a GLORIFIED WIG.
9. I go back thier Clinic. Dipti after examing the Hair System says that ITS DEFECTIVE. My question to them is that if it was defective, then why it was fixed on my head?? At the first instanct itself, Dipti knew that it was defective, then why did she fit it on my head??
10. Then Dipti took my measurements again, and promised that the NEW SYSTEM as per my measurement will come in a month’s time.
11. Its 3 months now, and I have been calling Suzie and getting nothing but false commitments.
12. I spent 3 months with a cap on my head because these guys have shaved my head.
ITS OCTOBER '12, AND I AM STILL WAITING. ITS ALMOST 8 MONTHS SINCE I PAID RS ONE LAKH SIXTY THOUSAND. ITS MY HARD EARNED MONEY. IF THIS COMPANY REALLY CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS THEN I WOULD APPEAL TO THEM TO REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY. NO PRODUCT TAKES 8 LONG MONTHS TO BE DELIEVERD AFTER TAKING FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
