I am a consumer of Bharath domestic gas since 2006and reside in palavakkam Whenever I book for a refill the lady who attends asks me to book after few days without telling any reason. Sometimes she says that the cylinder was booked and will be delivered but even after 30 days of booking i have still not received the cylinder .and another constraint is i have two cylinder after using the first i book for the second one and i book when the first one becomes empty.now this itself is getting delayed for 30 days means i need to wait for the next 30 days to to get the other one with a conditon as book after 20 days so i need to wait for 50 days to get one cylindar means which is a very bad ustomer support .
you guys relally are not implementing any rules and regulatory emethods to solve these kind of issues .Selling our cylinder in black for others are also seen
if necessary action is not taken regardign this i am going to forward this complaint to consumer court for further verification
the special thing is the lady who attends the call behaves very rudely to all dont treat people with respect at all is this the wya you train those, no they are not doign the job in the right way
please take care of delivering the cylinders on time, you need us to pay money immediately in the same way you deliver us on time .will you in anyway accept us paying the cash in 20 days credit i am sure you will nto if so why delay in delivery
kindly understand the customers situation we cannot spend our halfa day to book one single cylinder

Its really pathetic, I believe all customer of Bharath domestic gas facing the same problem. I am trying to reach the Bharath gas agency in Adyar through phone. I am not able to reach them. Always I hear "subscriber is busy". I am really fed up with the Gas agency. Let me know, If there is any other way to change the agency without changing the bharath gas.

Dear Sir/ Madam
The Gas delivery of your Agency i.e. “Anugraha Gas Agency” is O plus than any other agency which is located in Basavehwaranagar Bangalore 560079.
For which I am complaining is regarding the delivery if we book the Gas cylinder today it will be reaching us after more than the week. And the telephone lines will be always engaged even though there are two lines we should try to reach them as if we are calling some live telecast on a T.V Program. There will be no proper response from the receptionist or who receives the call. Some receptionist will not give the complaint numbers also. As I am a customer of Bharath Gas from last 10 years I am having the regular problem facing by this Agency (Anugraha Gas Agency).
Is there any other options to change the Agency to another by not changing Bharath gas
