[Resolved]  Agarwal Packers And Movers — Bad handling of goods

I had booked my house hold goods and Honda Activa Scooter from Chennai to Mumbai on 4th April (GC No 245932). Your representative Mr.Bansilal (Mobile no [protected]) came and took a survey of my house. I had told him that I need the goods quickly so he had suggested me to take full truck so that the goods would reach in 4 days. I had paid Rs.26000 for the shipment.

I started following up with him on Thursday and kept on telling me that the goods would come and he gave me Mr.Ramesh mobile no.. I had contacted your call centre they gave me Mr.Anup Mobile no which is [protected]. They told me that it would come on 9th evening(Friday – Day 5), then Mr.Anup (Mobile no [protected]) told me that the consignment is a part truck and it would come at 10.am on 10th (Saturday – Day 6), finally the goods came at 6.00 pm after following up with Mr.Sandeep, your delivery guy..

I had paid Rs.26000 only for having a full truck and not part truck. I want you return my money and charge me only for part truck and not for full truck.

When the container came, I was shocked to see that it was a diff truck from the one which actually loaded goods at my house.. I was told by Bansilal that the same truck would come to my house.. All the carton box was stocked at a one above the other in a bad condition..

When I had unpacked my goods yesterday, I was shocked to find that my Honda scooter was damaged. The front part of the scooter has broken, some parts in the dining table was missing, lot of my crockery items were damaged.

I had chosen Agarwal packers over others, though the cost was high because I thought that you guys would do a good job, I am totally disappointed with your service.

I want you to pay me the balance money for the part truck and also pay me for the damage done to my goods, else I will have to take actions against your company.
