[Resolved] Ahmedabad online Florist — Online Gift Ordering | |||
We refer the order AOF-[protected] with Ahmedabad Online Florist. We have noted the contents of the gifts delivered to the receipient at Ahmedabad and are appalled at the size of the gifts delivered. 1. Teddy Bear ordered was a medium sized teddy bear, while a small size teddy bear has been sent which is fit to hang in a car. This is absolutely not what we had ordered. 2. The Cadbury s celebration pack was ordered while hardly 4 nos of Dairy milk packs each costing Rs.5/= has been delivered. 3. The 12 Nos of Roses Bouquet was ordered. Sure enough you have delivered 12 Nos of roses, but all stale and withering. The Packing of the bouquet is one of the worst that I have seen. Let me tell you that I have photograph of the Receipient alongwith the Products that have been delivered. We are very dissapointed at the level of the service and quality of the products delivered. WORSEST company ever to send your gifts. NEVER EVER DARE TO SEND ANY CAKES OR GIFTS BY THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEAPO SCAMMER WHO WILL SHOW YOU A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE AND SEND YOUR FRIEND A FUNNY GIFT WHICH WILL MAKE YOU LOOK BAD IN FRONT OF ALL. THIS PEOPLE THINK THAT WE ARE DUMB WHO DOESN'T KNOW QUALITY OF THING. THEY SAW A TOTAL DIFFERENT PICTURE OF "TWEETY CAKE' ONLINE ON THEIR SITE AND WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ASK THAT WOULD THEY ABLE TO CREAT SAME CAKE THEN THAT LADY AT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME 'MAM WILL TRY TO MAKE EXACTLY LIKE THAT PICTURE WILL TRY OUR 100% TO CREAT EXACT REPLICA OF IT" I HAVE UPLOADED PICTURE HERE I DONT SEE ANY ANGEL WHICH LOOKS SAME HAVE A LOOK AND SEE IF YOU CAN COMPARE ANY ANGLE. I am from Ahme, and when i find this service online, from the website name i thought i should go for this as it seems to be operated from Ahmedabad itself, but i tell you this is a Third class company, I booked flowers as a birthday gift for my wife at 1 a.m (Got order ID AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION) and requested them to deliver before 8:00 am under same day delivery category.
I called them in the morning 9:00 am and asked them for an order status. One rude lady Came on phone and told me that they have not received payment confirm. What the hell?? I asked her to cancle and refund this order whenever her system updates.
She told me call after 1 hour and disconnected the phone.
This is ridiculous, these are completely unprofessional people operating from home somewhere from KOLKATA, Even not sensible to answer their customers and towards their proffession.
Pathetic experience. They ruined my day.

Ahmedabad online Florist — Non Delivery & Double withdrawal
I have tried to book a birthday gift for my wife online. The first time I attempted paying online, there was an error but the bank account says withdrawn. Instead of INR 915.00 there are two entries showing 915 each totalling INR 1830.The gift has not been delivered till this time, the time at which I am making this complaint.
How can I get my hard earned pension money returned, please.
