I had travelled by air france from Amsterdam to India on Oct 2007 .After landing i cam to know that my baggage has not yet reached.They said that the baggage will reach the next day itself but to my bad luck it not yet reached.Then after fighting with them for a long time i got the compansation letter and then even after providing them with the necessary details neither my baggage nor my benefits has reached me yet. It is already JAN 08 .When ever i call them they say that they are processing it .
Please if you ever want that you money and your things dont go waste please never ever travell by AIR FRANCE. They are the worst service provider.
Even if they are at fault they never ever compansate.

Three out of our four Air France flights were seriously delayed (6hrs etc), which meant missing all our connections.
Their phone line is useless - we spent four days calling Air France India and never did anyone answer the phone. Their UK phone line gets answered, but the staff don't have a clue where the bags are. They are useless.
Bearing in mind how much tickets cost, we have been so very disappointed with Air France. Unhelpful staff (whether spoken to in English or French) who seem so passe about helping you, when your predicament is their fault.
We are making a point of telling all our friends and family never to fly Air France - we would hate to see Air France ruining their holidays like they ruined ours.
