Aircel cheat customers with GPRS 97 recharge plans and offers.
Unfortunately I was aircel customer for last few years. I mainly use aircel for GPRS purpose as I am an IT professional. I used to recharge GPRS 97 packages as they announces unlimited internet usage for 30 days from the recharge. I have been using the 97 package of Aircel of internet access for more than last one year. Now I looks down upon on me because I have already referred many of my relatives and friends to use Aircel GPRS 97 package as they announce unlimited internet usage within 30 days from the recharge.
Last time I got an offer sms from Aircel [censored] network saying I can get 59 days validity for my internet usage instead of 30 days for 97 GPRS recharge.
I recharged for Aircel 97 GPRS package on 31st January 2012 expecting uninterrupted internet for 59 days validity. After 30 days on 1st March 2012 when I was checking mail, I lost net connection and found they deducted all of my available talk time balance amounts of my mobile. When I tried to call their customer care, it was not connecting the call due to insufficiency in balance. Now a days these [censored] mobile companies charges money for their [censored] customer care executives. I recharged for 50 rupees and contact them on the number 121. When I made the complaint about the exclusion of offer they have announced, that aircel executive promised me that the issue will be sort with in 24 hours and the offer will be given and deducted amount will be credited back to my account.

The very next morning when i browsed on my mobile using aricel gprs, found that cut the money remained in my aircel mobile.
I called their customer care number many times till noon and I got a fellow to speak afternoon. He informed me that there was some technical issue due to their 3g up gradation work, and it will take 72 hours to solve my issue and they will credit back all my lost amounts.
I called them after 72 hours then they said that they did not solved all issues and will be completed on 5th March. They send me an sms saying they my problem will completely solved on 5th March 2012.

I was not able to use net on 5th, and I lost many emails, spend 70 to 120 rupees for going internet cafe for getting work updations and report sending to my clients. On 5th March when I talked to the aircel customer support executive, he said that by night 12 'O clock, they will solve all problems and credit all of the amount they cut from my account.

I again called the [censored] Aircel customer care on 6th as they did not solved the issue. Even the [censored] aircel customer care were out to reach on 6th March 2012. When I got them on 7th, one fellow named Reynold said that all the issues are about to clear and will complete on mid night 7th March.

Till 8 March 2012 Thursday, nothing was done from the aircel [censored]ers. They proved 100 times that they cheat their customers. I really shame one me for using and recommending the aircel network for my many of my friends.

Lastly i reached in conclusion myself that they are even about to change their brand name to [censored] Aircel networks.

Most of the mobile networks of India are cheaters and they sell customer details and numbers to their party ad publishers. They sends their dirty product selling adds and links to our mobiles. These [censored]es may start their business by selling their close blood relatives.

When we are in busy works they send call with useless songs. They secretly cut our mobile balance and secretly activating useless features like caller tones, astrology, their crafty talk time offers, their roaming offers, STD and ISD offers.

Aircel — cheating customers with unlimited gprs

aircel is cheating customers with their plan o[censored]nlimited gprs at 14rs for 3days and 97rs for 30days, they are saying that they provide speed of 28-42KBps speed and they are only providing speed of 1-3KBps...speed really slow and most of the times its not loading any page...please do any thing to stop this cheating by aircel ....this is not the situation just in kerala ..its all india problem..every time when we call to customercare they will say that we have forwarded a complaint to concerned department..
Its strange my friend because I get a pretty good speed with my AIrcel gprs. Have you tried resetting the gprs settings on your handset???
Aircel is number one fraud company. Most of the mobile phone companies are looting the customers money. Aircel cheats people by cutting the mobile balance and worst services. They lanched 3G many months ago and still says the technical escuses fir 3G works.

Aircel is worst.

Must boycott aircel

Government must black list these kind of companies

Court can issue order on public interest.

Once black listed, the public must distroy aircel company...

Aircel plays number one cheating games...

Nobody can calculate how much money aircel have looted from user's accounts.
Aircel is frauds. beware all Aircel users, They will sell your personal details to anybody for advertisement purpose. There after you can not switch ur mobile due to useless advertisement calls. Aircel sell third party ads through users mobiles. They are real money robbers of mobile world.

My experience aircel was horrible. They dont have range even in most important places of cities.

Aicel plays double games. They put google advertisements about aircel products in the complaints posted against aircel. Shameless mobile company. There is a famous quote in malayalam. " Nanam Kettavante aasanathiil oru aalmaram kilirthal athum avanu oru thanal" Really shameless mobile company.

As per my earlier complaints and the follow up by your sales team my numbers were reactivated and I was under the assumption that the issue has been resolved.

My number 9***** *401 & 9******409 were again deactivated today at around 7:00 pm with any notice or information, initially I thought that it was a network problem but an hour later when I tried to manually select the network I got a list of networks but aircel denied access, The message displayed on the screen was "NO ACCESS".

I would like to know why these two numbers are being singled out ??? Was it a mistake on my part to go on to Aircel network ???

This is the third time in three months i am facing this problem with Aircel.

I just hope that this issue with Aircel is not a monthly problem, an exercise that I have to undergo each month.
Now it happy to see that the company Aircel has at the end.
