balance deduction
My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is 9804786974.Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

hello,
I had calls coming from aircel all the time about dialler tunes etc so had registered for national do not disturb. After a week or so after registering for national do not disturb, calls from aircel stopped but months later i got a call from aircel all of a sudden which i cut soon after realising that it is from aircel. A week after this i got a message saying your request for dialer tune has been activated and my balance was deducted by 30 rupees.
i instantly called customer care and filed a complaint [complaint number:1-13703325722]. They told me that my balance will be restored in 72 hours. which did not happen even after 5 days, when asked they told that i had activated it when i got that call so they cant restore my balance.
ACTUALLY CALLING LONG AFTER REGISTERING FOR DO NOT DISTURB IS A VIOLATION AND THEN ACTIVATING CALLER TUNE WITHOUT PERMISSION IS ANOTHER.
what am i supposed to do now? i am not leaving it without getting my balance back

You are quite true friend, I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store, remember to carry the complaint number and explain everything to them. I believe a face to face interaction will solve your problem in a much easier way.

My name is Mr. AASHISH JHA , having a AIRCEL connection no-9808439128 for at least 9 to 10 months only.But recent the deduct Rs.30/- from my balance as on 03.02.10 and then i called to the company.when customer care was not answering and disconnecting my call i called for 7 times and now they have barred my call from the customer care. when i called and asked to nodal officer his assistant didn't allowed me to talk to the nodal officer. i also know about this company that they give assurance daily but they not solve the problem and also known that they all time give another docket daily to still now, but how time they take to solve my problem.if u understand my problem so pls solve my problem. and everything document in my mobile and their assurance, so please do the needfully. my call is still barred from the customer care this is not the first time my balance has been deducted its the third time.

my name is manojkumar and the id proof is in my father name of m.mathiyalagan no.9965456601 .My complaint is in our cell the balance is going down while opening the pocket internet without any downloading within a short peroid .So please take necessary steps .

Aircel is continuously deducting balance from my no. Rs. 15 were deducted yesterday 5-4-2010, and customer care is not responding.help me

Try and visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem.

My aircel no. is 9808675559. Within last two days(19/05/2010 & 21/05/2010) Rs.60 have been deducted from my balance on name of dialer tunes and voice chat services. No request for such has been made by me and when i complained no checking was done and simply said that nothing can be done. I want my money back as soon as possible otherwise I will have to a strict action against Aircel.

Have you tried to visit the nearest Aircel store, at times a face to face interaction can yield better results. Just visit them and discuss your problem

I recharged with Rs 10 on 10th july 2010. I had also deactivated the voice chat service prior to the recharge. But now the company says balance has been deducted because voice chat service is activated. I am feeling helpless.

Hello Sir / Madam,
This is to let you know that i am an old customer of Aircel of Jharkhand-Bihar region and i am facing big problems these days as my balances get autumatically deducted from more than two hundred to forty paise only. when talked to customer care- he told me that they have the record of last 2 months only, which says a deduction of Rs 30 due to dialertone, which i never been applied. after enquiry they refunded Rs 30 only but about the rest amount they are just telling- "can't say". Ridiculous, please help meto get the datail. where my balance moved out.
I have been continuously in roaming between Jharkhand, Hazaribagh- Delhi- and Jaipur, Rajasthan.
* on 1st of jan 2010 i moved towards jaipur. at that time the balance was more than 2 hundred
* then i replaced the sim with jaipur one.
* on may 24th i again back to jharkhand, i replaced the sim with aircel and found a balance of Rs 0.4 only.
* please clear all these matter and help me to get my account so that i can continue the service of aircel properly

Respected Sir,
I am Sk Raihan Ahmed, My mobile no is 8906170506(aircel),my complain is regarding on deduction of my main balance. There is no reason but it deducted by 10 paisa several times in a day. but tonight it deduct 11 Rs from my main balance. I called customer care several time,but they said our server is not updated and also one of the customer officer is misbehave with me and giving some bad argument to me .
this is not only my problem it is many guys problem now a days.
So my humble request to you please do something and take some steps against them.

aircel testing his 3g service in khajpur, patna.But network coverage so poor tht i cant tell...i already complaint abt this to coustmer servie...problem was solved for 1 week but its problem appears again.so kindly rwequest to give full network coverage in my area.thier 2g is aslo in bad condition.

URGENT
I inform you that an unauthorised value added service “HELLO TONES ON DEMAND” has been on my mobile w.e.f. last one week in February, 2011 and a sum of Rs.30/- has also been deducted from my balance.
The matter of starting an authorized value added service on my mobile is increasing and it is taking a dangerous proportion. I am enable to understand how Airtel is charging me for unauthorized service. Is Airtel in collusion with value added service provider ? I demand an urgent explanation.
Please credit the amount of Rs.30/-(Rs. Thirty only) on my mobile Balance,

aircel is very cheap company without any reason deduct my 80 rs i will change my idea no to aircel (mnp) but aircel is not good service provider so plz do not change ur no to aircel aircel ki maa ki choot

I,Ankit chawla, Mob No-9716550941, Aircel user have been facing a problem of balance deduction w/o ant consent of mine, Despite calling Customer care, They are not responding to it. I did not expected such behavior for the service provider.
Complaint:- Quite a few service has been activated on my my no. without taking any consent from me. Now the service provider is denying the fact. I have checked my sent box and all the calls and neither has been made towards Aircel for activation of the services.
There should be an action taken against these kind of things as it has become a regular practice of telecom operators
