[Resolved] Aircel — outgoing facility barred | |||
im shaam, i use a [protected] and its a prepaid no , i had received a message that i had to submit address proof and Id proof even having submitted as i had bought this to the shop vendor when i had being bought this sim, last thursday (9th jan 2012) i had gone to velachery aircel office submited all the reqd docs, my outgoing facilility had got barred on the same day when i had submitted my all my reqd docs, for this i have been communicating aircel customer care to release my outgoing facility they stated it would get activated in 2 hours 4 hrs one day , 24 hrs nothing has happened, i have had called more than 20 times , see i need to make some official calls , what do i do now... Aircel — Outgoing barred
I 'm Murugesh and using Aircel Post paid for last four year ([protected]).regularly my credit limit was Rs.4000 for last two years and i used to speak around Rs.2000 to Rs.3000 every month and pay the bill in time with out any penalty.
but i am facing a serious problem in last four days. I was very surprise, three days back (on 11 aug`2010) my out going facility is terminated with out any prior notices. I called customer and asked, they said by mistakenly some one entered your credit limit is Rs. 1000, so un billed usage is near about 1700 so that only it happened. So we will take your request (1-[protected]) and activate your outgoing in 20 min.
I hope the problem is solve.
But the same problem is happen on the second day (12 aug`2010) also. Then I called customer care then they said the same story and finally activate my out going and given new complaint no: 1- [protected].
But after that also the problem was not solved. The same think repeat again yesterday and today also.
Daily my work is affected like this 20 to 30 min, means how can I do my business? Lot of important call are missed. Who is the responsible for this inconvenience?
Finally I visited aircal showroom directly, but even though no use.
Please look in to this mater is very serious and in cress my credit limit immediately.

My number [protected]. Last monday my sim card got some error message ":SIM INSERTED". So i called customer care they told me to provoide the proof again and get the duplicate sim card, So, Yesterday i went to aircel offfice from velacherry and i submitted the proof and i got duplicate sim also. but they told me sim will be activated with in 15 min. but till now it's not yet to be activated, already 28 hours are got over. Can you please give me the prober resolution. try to activate my simcard as soon as possible.
Note: I called the customer care around15 times, and i Asked the velcherry aircel office contact number, they didn't provide the prober answer, they are directly drop the call or they are redirecting me . they thing is like close the call as soon as possible. Why they are doing like this?
