[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — Internet speed too low

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a aircel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handsets are 7610 (Nokia), N72 (Nokia), Sony Ericsson K310 and now i am using Sony Ericsson K750i. I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
Please help me out of this situation.

Nokia — unauthorized disconnecting on my mobile prepaid connection

SINCE 05.03.2008 MY PREPAID CONNECTION NUMBER [protected] BASED AT BANGALORE-INDIA HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED THOUGH THE VALIDITY PERIOD EXTENDS UP TO FEB12TH 2008.
THIS HAS BEEN DONE PURELY TO HARASS ME BECAUSE I DISCONNECT UNSOLICITED CALLS.
AN EARLY APPROPRIATE ACTION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED THIS HAD HAPPENED EARLIER WHEN I AM BUSY WITH MY OFFICIAL WORK I CANNOT BE EXPECTED TO RESPOND POSITIVELY TO UNSOLICITED CALLS.
Its probably because of too much traffic at certain hours, have you tried to access the web at non peak hours, It should work way faster then.

YES this internet speed too slow in compare to other dailup connection.


so change my connection and return back to Airtel/Reliance Gsm dial up. they r much better than this

Perhaps you're a fag yourself, based on your language i'll presume that. Aircel Internet is too slow, that remains a fact even during non-peak hours- it truly sucks!!. Aircel has promised and advertised otherwise. This should be part of a sound business plan while offering unlimited surfing capability for a paltry amount. Aircel should have foreseen the usage surge, even a 3 year old can imagine that. The service quality SHOULD NEVER be compromised just because offer is good, if it does it certainly amounts to deliberate beguiling of consumers and should be punishable under consumer law. When people buy the product from a vendor they buy the trust alongwith, and more than product it is the trust that makes the product sell in the first place, hence once again this amounts to betrayal and false promotion of their ability to provide the requisite services.

I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. Now-a-days I'm suffering from getting an error message that contains "Communication failure. Contact service provider." I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
Please help me out of this situation.

Have you tried writing in your complaint to the nodal officer? Go to the aircel website and get the contact for your area, they can get you at the quickest.
Or you can also just drop in at the nearest aircel store for faster escalations….

the network is too weak
moreover when siting in my bedroom the signal is nil and sometimes it shows
emergency use only
its my humble request to you to increase signal strenth

hello frnds i m using aircel prepaid and have recharged wid 98Rs but its speed is too low that i can't even check my email ID.I have changed so many handsets like nokia3110, lg kg195, nokia6600 but speed is same.It disconnects automatically when using with pc even at night.

ya u r right but that problem is not so much higher than my problem...my problem is i lose internet connectivity automatically in 2 minutes.
net using pack of rs 98 is really very very slow. it unables simle pages to open.

Aircel Speed is too high to other sim . I got this speed 2 mbps. i request for coustmer to buy soon pocket internet 98 at mirzapur fataha civil line Manpasand telecom.
A wireless network cann't give a speed of 2mbps So I think U Saurabh might be be agent of Aircel who is prmoting Aircel.
