[Resolved]  AJE India PVT Ltd — PF NOT PAID BY COMPANY

I Vinay Dwivedi was working with AJE India Pvt Ltd as Warehouse administrator and now I left orgnisation and I have completed my hadover process with confirmation of all HOD and I got my releaving letter. But in full and final settelment compny is not giving my PF amount and till date company has not create PF account, not only mine not single Employee have PF account in this company and PF amount is been deducted from salary.

Since I have left they are not giving back my PF amount back.
Kindly Help.

PF — pf not found spend after one month

respected sir,

i am rajesh ,i submitted my pf from on dated[protected] in gurgaon office.my pf no .is HR/27164/0369.After spent one month above i have no get any information by pf office,when i submitted pf from than pf officer said that it will be clear in one month. but till date[protected] i have no get any information by him.last time i submitted a complaint on dated[protected] in consumer office.i request you please see this matter as soon as possible. i shal be very thanful to you for this . it has importance me.

AJE India - Big Cola does not pay salary on time to sales people. They pay salary on 10th / 15th but spend company money on personal amusement. There are foreigners on the management who use Racist remarks towards Indians.

Chori people is the word they use
Aje Group India is a one man show all decisions taken by one person who calls himself the director.
Vendors, contractors don't get paid on time. after the job is completed before making the payment thay will negotiate, delay the payment with some excuse find faults in jobs completed, many contractors, suppliers have suffered.

Work culture demands that u be a lick** i[censored] are a female beware u will find foreign national molesters in their premises.

I am working for a whole year in the company. Only the ones performing bad leave the company. Big Cola has a good price & good quality and has employers very honest and very hard-working.

As far as I know you did not performed good.

The foreign people in AJE India indulge in beer lunch sessions in the afternoon. Recently one of them vomitted badly in the office after consuming alchol and fell sick. Sine the person was a foreigner was paid 75, 000/- as hospitalization fee.

But the Salary of sales person 7000/- per month is not paid properley, given with cuts, always paid late. Why these discrimination???

I[censored] r foreigner drink during working hours fall sick still u will get doctor fees for consuming alchol.

I heard that some incidents was happened with girls due to directors of this company and had seen that ladies staff is very few in nos.

Employee start searching job in AJE from 2nd day. In last 6 months Director had terminated many employees like as Product Manager, Finance manager, Sr. HR manager, & IT manager, Sales (terminated in bulk)& junior staff too without warning / memo all went with immediate effect. Employee works less than 6 months. Either he / she leaves or director terminates. He works as a dictatorship, there is no hierarchy, no policy. It is a foreign management. Recently translator joins & left on second day. For female it is tough to work. NO Appointment letter. Salary can be double in 2 months too or without intimation can be reduced than offer. NO full N final happens, no leave record. Distributors get expired products & then no adjustment.

Pathetic Company. No management. No salary on time. No full n final settlement. No PF reimbursement. one guy who called himself director, worked as a owner of company. Consumer complaint department have to take legal action against this with immediate effect otherwise. There behaviour towards indians like dogs... They used to abuse the peoples who were working there. Department have to take action otherwise they will rule us like GULAAM...

This email is in regards to working in your company.
I was working from past 9 months on the above mentioned position and gave 100 % dedication and efforts to built the brand and capture market share to achieve the Vision & Dream of AJE 2020.
During my working, I gave sales of around Rs. 1 million in the off season last year and did many opening in corporate sector as well in school and colleges with the help of sales team.( I dint get any credit in the way of appreciation or money). Apart form this, I did lots of BTL activities, events & promotional activity and worked very closely with the sales team to understand the market and penetrate in this most competitive market among giants like Coke and Pepsi. So the total Brand span is connected to profitability & revenue aligned to the strategy of the company leading to around 5 % growth rate. during my working period.

Unfortunately, I was asked to give resign on 25/6/12 without any reason. This is highly unprofessional and unaccepted. If the company is not in the position to afford employee, who is paid just Rs. 28000 inclusive everything in which I may even travel to all many places spending half of my salary, then why they appointed me. I was facing the mental torture from our M.D Mr. Clever Pantoja indirectly to give resign from past two months. In AJE INDIA till date around 160 employee has left the Job, I guess this is how wanna be one of the best company in the world are strategy-ing to throw the employees if the work is finished from him/her. I would like to add up, India is a very Big Market, Indian Manager and employee are preferred worldwide due to there hard work and skills. There should be a proper management and training session for all the employee and a freedom to HR Dept. to regularize H.R Policy in order to be become Top MNC's in the world. Please go through the Case Studies of Coca Cola, Pepsi, L.G Electronics etc.

In AJE INDIA, Mumbai there is no proper working office, toilets, kitchens, office tables, chairs etc. Evey one is being forced to come to Patalganga, where there is no market & most of the biggest MNC's have Manufacturing Plants and not the corporate office there. We are not slaves to work here day and night with out proper facility in the office of the company. This is bringing a very bad image of your company as whole AJE GROUP in India as of now. People who are working in AJE INDIA are not placed properly according to their education and skills they got. This is a total miss management and it is not good for future coming years. Its now time to imply Change Management to the company.
