NO Appointment letter. Salary can be double in 2 months too or without intimation can be reduced than offer. NO full N final happens, no leave record. Distributor get expired products & then no adjustment. Employee start searching job in AJE from 2nd day. In last 6 months Director had terminated many employees like as Product Manager, Finance manager, Sr. HR manager, & IT manager, Sales (terminated in bulk)& junior staff too without warning / memo all went with immediate effect. Employee works less than 6 months. Either he / she leaves or director terminates. He works as a dictatorship, there is no hierarchy, no policy. It is a foreign management.
