Ajitha gas agency — delayed and irresponsible dealer

I am a consumer of AJITHA Gas Agency which is situated at villivakkam, Chennai.( Their Phone Numbers are :[protected]

My consumer number is : 17052

The Agency people have always been delaying on the distribution of cylinders to many of there customers. I have booked cylinder on 25.01.2011 but they are telling it will take 35 days to deliver from the date of booking . Earlier it was totally 40 days for us to get a cylinder including the booking date ie 25 days after receiving the cylinder we have to book for a new one and after that 15 to 20 days for delivery but now they are telling it will take 60 days totally or more for delivering The other gas agency in our area delivers within a weeks time from booking date always . but this agency always trouble their customers. I am a customer with this agency for the past 10 years and always faced problems in getting the gas delivered. When i met the owner of this agency , he answered very very harshly- that this is what will happen here. i[censored] wish stay or else cancel or transfer ur gas agency. He dint even heard my complaint completely. When enquired about him even the staffs were giving unsatisfied replies about their boss. I would like to lodge a complaint about this man . Kindly cancel his agency or what ever harsh steps could be taken must be taken and pls make him realize the problems of his customers. and never again he repeats such delays in future.
Kindly take immediate action on this cmplaint.

i have been facing similar hardships with this particular agency - AJITHA GAS AGENCY- for the last few years. i wish to highlight that i have been made to shuttle between my office and this agency atleast ten times before i get my refil every time i book it and the callous attitude of the staff and the proprietor needs to be checked or else the day of protesting by a larger group of the customres of this agency is not far away.

My consumer number is 14574 - AJITHA GAS AGENCY, VILLIVAKKAM, CHENNAI 49.

I booked for my refill on 23rd feb 2012. a cash memo was generated and an sms was received by me on 22nd march '12 stating that my refill will be delivered shortly. Till date (26.04.2012) i have not received my refill though more than a month has lapsed from the date of the cash memo generation. Am forced to visit this agency every time to plead the staff. I have lodged a formal complaint in the complaint register of this agency, though i very well know that this is not going to yield any positive result.
