Akash Tablet — After the amount deposited into their account for the tab.-no response

I have booked thee akash tab in november 2011. A cheque was sent by me on september 2012 as I got a mail from DATAWIND saying that the delivery would be done in 6weeks after thee payment is received. The payment was credited to theeir account on 1st of october 2012.As on Feb 10th I get a mail from thee DATAWIND saying that the amount has not debited to the account. I have proof to the money being credited.
