Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I booked one aakash-II tablet(order no.PMD1AF5,dt.1.12.12) on 01.12.2012 after making an on-line payment of Rs.4449.00, with the promise from Data wind Company to deliver the device within 7 days from the date of booking. But, no device has been received till date, inspite of a series of mails written to them from time to time.They mailed me 3 times with the writing:Your device has been dispatched and soon you will get it. I am unable to talk to them verbally as all the phone numbers given by them are invalid. Under such circumstances, I would request you to give me proper justice by means of legal support. I think such type of cheating should be stopped immediately. I have made the payment of Rs. 6799/ -through Indian Bank Credit Card on 11/09/2013 and have not received the booking details and also about the dispatch status. I have sent 3 mails to [protected]@datawind.com along with the credit card transaction details and also sent mail to deepika.datawind.com along with the transaction of credit card confirming the payment made to ubislate towards the cost o[censored]bislate 7CZ with keyboard case. Daily I have been contacting them over phone they simply ask me what is your mobile number and name and we will contact you.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to dispatch the Ubislate 7CZ with keyboard case at the earliest.

this is my worst experience with this device n these service center people and managers as well. Worst device waste of money... your team service and device really really bad. I will never ever recommend this device to anyone. Very soon I'll be taking a legal action on this.
