[Resolved]  Akash Tablet — Non delivery of Aakash Tablet

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I booked one aakash-II tablet(order no.PMD1AF5,dt.1.12.12) on 01.12.2012 after making an on-line payment of Rs.4449.00, with the promise from Data wind Company to deliver the device within 7 days from the date of booking. But, no device has been received till date, inspite of a series of mails written to them from time to time.They mailed me 3 times with the writing:Your device has been dispatched and soon you will get it. I am unable to talk to them verbally as all the phone numbers given by them are invalid.

Under such circumstances, I would request you to give me proper justice by means of legal support. I think such type of cheating should be stopped immediately. It is unlawful and unethical in a civilized society
