[Resolved] Allahabad Bank — Education loan | |
Dear Sir, Respected Sir Now I am very disappointed and start feeling that no one can progress without politics. Nobody is serious regarding my education loan and I am complaining again and again to you but no positive result is coming out. In the last two month respected Allahabad bank manager had taken my interview but there is no answer till now and manager is not available in the branch. I got the information by telephone from lead bank cell that your proposal has been rejected by manager reason this case is not vivid (clear). But I have not anything in written. I get the admission in Diploma in information technology level 6 that mean second year in any relevant field because I have been completed a diploma in information technology from MMC college Australia through AUPP from Luck now center . People get the loan for level 5 from various branch of Allahabad bank but I am not getting for level 6. I have been also awarded by scholarship of amount 1500 $NZ and 80 hours paid internship by the college. Now I come at finance part. My father is a farmer and income is 1 lac p.a. I live in a joint family so my grandfather holds all the property .we have 20 arced agriculture land and 4 big houses .my family income is 3.5 lac p.a. My total expense of study is 7.2 lac and I am applying for 4 lac in the form of education loan. I have sponsorship of 2.5 lac from my uncle and remaining amount I can deposit in the branch at any time. I am sending all the supporting documents. I am sorry to tell you but actual thing is that manager does not have the proper knowledge about the education loan because they had not asked about IELTS score that very important for study abroad no university can admission without that and he was not asking about the income certificate then how they can assess my proposal .They were only asking “Why are you going abroad live in India” . I told them because my previous qualification is to much costly and it will be wasted if I will not go and I will get international qualification that matter in career. Now I need to take some strong step. I request you sir now I do not have time to take admission and I have already wasted two year by the reason of education loan please Do something as soon as possible. Dear Sir,
My name is Kuldeep and i am from Faridabad. My younger brother got selected for the admission in Amity. And i am trying to applying a Education loan from Allahabad Bank in Faridabad Neelam Branch since last month and every time i went there, they gave me a excuse that the person who looks for the education leave department is on leave and told us to come next week, we again went there the person is still not in the bank. The last date of depositing fees was 31st July 2009 which has already been passed away but by making a lot of request they give me a time of 4 more days. Today i again went there and they have the same excuse that the person is not here who looks for this department. I want to ask that question, what kind of bank is this??
If any person is not coming from such a long time is it not the responsibility of the bank manager to appoint a person who can take care of the department till the person not comes.
Kindly help me as soon as possible as the we just have 3 days left and we don't have any source to deposit the fees

I am pursuing PGDM Programme from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow approved by AICTE. My family is your customer from past 16 – 17 years. I sanctioned a loan of 4 lac from Allahabad bank (Branch- T.P. Nagra, Dist.- Sultanpur, U.P.) in April 2008. Now I need my last installment for deposit the fee so that I could smoothly complete my education.
My branch manager rudely said that I will not give you 4 lac rupees as a principal amount, it will be 4 lac including interest. I am very worry about my completion of education. I assured to branch manager that I will pay principal and interest timely but he did not agree. My placement session has started and i am in so much tension.
So, please tell me, Is there any terms to sanction the loan of 4 lac rupee including interest? and provide me proper suggestion that What should I do at this time for the last installment to complete my education?
Kindly help me out in these difficult circumstances as my PGDM programme will be completed in the month of February.

I have taken admission in Heritage Institute of Technology in 2007 by depending upon the educational loan from Allahabad Bank, Khalore branch (Khalore, Bagnan, Howrah) which sanctioned in july, 2007, the total sanctioned amount is Rs.2, 50, 000/- . At the time of admission i have taken Rs.52800/- for paying first semester fees and as i already paid some amount after councelling, college refunded me Rs.27100/- and i have not refunded this to bank because i expenses to deposit the amount that i credited before sanction of my loan. After first semester as i got free studentship from my college i did not required any money from bank, but in 6th semester i have taken Rs.1500/- to deposit library fees (that time the respected manager was different so i did not faced any problem to get this money). Now i required to deposit my semester fees but present bank manager rejected my application and harassed me in various way also pressurized me to pay all the interests still gathered and that refunded money (Rs.27100/-), although I have submitted all the written declaration and my progress reports as manager said to me. Now my college given me a notice to clear the semester fees for 7th semester within 26th October, otherwise i will be unable to fill up the examination form ( last date is 26th October).
Now, therefore i request you to solve my problem and to take necessary steps against the manager.
