[Resolved] Allen Solly — misbehaviour of workers at the customer help desk | |
i purchased an allen solly black color shades from shopper stop (JAIPUR) malviya nagar branch, and somehow its frame got broken, not actually by mishandling the product but by some other unknown reason and we went over there for the exchange purpose...and the person at your consumer help desk misbehaved with us and said that due to ur lack of mind it got broken and you should have taken care of your products and its not our responsibilty to exchange the broken products and it will be bettr i[censored] donot waste your as well as my time .all this happened on 19'th july at 8:20 pm...the model number for the shades are:- as1504...and we have been shopper stop custome since it was opened there in jaipur and this is what kind of response we are getting from your side now this thing is for sure that we will not be coming back to such a place again where such people are thre to help us and that to in such a rude way, thus we want the authority to look into the matter and take some strict action against the persons who were thre at the shift or else we have to take some strict legal action against ur store YOURS FAITHFULLY SARITA SHARMA c-35, vaishali nagar, jaipur (RA2J) 30021 Was this information helpful? | |

I purchased an allen soly sweater in the MORE mall in mysore on 26th August 2009, since i was having lot of sweaters, i could not find any ocasion to wear it till November 09. After i wear the sweater and put for wash, th sweater got fully bubbles on both the arms for two washes only and it is looking very ODD and even i cant wear it to my office also nor at home. When i took that sweater to the mall to complain about this feature, the Manager over there is not ready to accept this as a complaint and instead he is blaming us for not using it properly. He is justfying that due to friction, the woollen clothes get bubbled whenever they come in contact. If that was a reason, why should we buy such costly merchandies for just 2-3 wears...? and he is also arguing that the warranty is only for 15 days from the date of purchase and there is no such policy for exchange or accepthing the complaint like this. If they does not accept this as a compalint, why should they sell those woollen sweaters and ALLEN SOLLY is such a big firm and is this kind of compaints suits the firm?
