[Resolved]  Alto Lxi — IMPROPER SERVICE BY JAYCEE MOTORS, AMRITSAR

This is HARMANJOT SINGH from AMRITSAR, PUNJAB.
This is to bring in your kind notice about the poor, pitiful, miserable and pathetic service being provided by JAYCEE MOTORS, Amritsar, Punjab.
I have bought a alto lxi on 30th december 2011 from above mentioned showroom, so called as MARUTI AUTHORISED DEALER, which it does not deserve.
From the very first day certain unwanted noises have been coming from my car, and when I tried to get them resolved by piteous workers of JAYCEE MOTORS, they have been trying to make fool out of me.

THE UNWANTED NOISES ARE AS
1. FROM FRONT AXLE.
2. FROM FRONT RIGHT WINDOW
3. DRIVER'S SEAT

Firstly on 5th January 2011, I visited their workshop and there guy, who use to go for test drives said me, " Sir, these noises will be taken care off when the first service will be done". WHAT AN ANSWER HE GAVE ME !!. Anyhow I came back as I went.

Secondly I again visited their workshop for first service, I dont remember the date, and with that general service, the other noises were noted down. But great fully those noises were still audible, to which they made a very nice excuse, that all these noises are caused by air circulation in front axle and suspension. Being a non-mechanic, I admitted to them.

But as the time passed, these noises got exaggerated to a very much extent. Again I went there for another 2 times, and again they did not do anything
Last visit was on 12 march 2011. On which general service was done but those noises still had their place. On this, I warned them that I am going to complain to your Head Office in Delhi, to which their guy (Mr. Nikhil) reacted and said please visit our workshop just once and your problem will be resolved. To this, on 21 March 2011, I have again visited their workshop. And you cant even think that what service have they been offering to CUSTOMERS OF MARUTI.

1. I reached their at 9.30 am and went for a test drive with their guy. Then they took my car to HI-TECH BAY, I was also in the car. And for about 30 minutes nobody came to rectify the problems my car is facing.
2. Secondly when I asked their attender to make a JOB CARD, he did not even bothered to listen me and did not do his job.
3. Then their guy who was not even properly dressed as denter, came, and he started working like hell. I dont think that guy was even possessing simple and general knowledge that how the works are to be done.
4. Hence I waited till 11.30am and no work was done to my car and in frustration I took my car at their main gate and nobody even bothered to ask me that if your work has been done or not. I dont know that this sort of service YOU PEOPLE ARE OFFERING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ?
5. And when I said that this time I am gonna complain, their guy (Mr. Nikhil) said that " Yes, you do what you want to". ASHAME ON YOUR SERVICE PROVIDERS.

Now I dont think that I am gonna advice anybody to buy a maruti suzuki car and to get it serviced from THEIR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES.

I also own a HYUNDAI VERNA, but that company and car both are giving their hundred percent to me. I never faced any problem with HYUNDIANS but you guys made me feel low. Very bad on your part.

IF I WOULD HAVE TO RATE YOU GUYS, THEN THE SCORE WILL BE -10 (MINUS 10).

I hope you will be taking strict action against these guys, and try to get my problem resolved as soon as possible,else wise I would have to go to consumer court for this, this is just to intimate you guys.
You can't even imagine that what sort of company you were and now WHAT YOU ARE !!
SORRY, but this is truth,which is always difficult to face.

Complaints against JAYCEE MOTORS
1. No proper staff.
2. No customer satisfaction.
3. No respect for their customers
4. TIME WASTAGE.
5. Try to make fool out of their customers.

Their are so many, I think you should arrange an audit for these people.

All these things are gonna hamper and effect your sales which are regularly going down. I am never gonna advice your car to anybody who knows me.
