[Resolved]  Ambika Gas Agency — Keeping phone line out of reach of consumer

Dear Sir,

I ,S.K Verma, Qr No. 1002, Sector- 4G, B.S City ( Consumer No. 9790) is fed up with the irresponsible behaviour and poor service of Ambica Gas Agency, Sector-9, Bokaro Steel City. For booking of gas all the time its land line no. [protected] respond as "number busy". Even after booking of gas they take 10-15 days for home delivery. The minimum courtesy we require from them is to respond our call instead of keeping the customer out of telephonic contact.

Dear sir,
with due respect and humbly. My Indane gas customer no. is CX814923. My gas distributor is Ambika Gas Agency, sector-9, bokaro steel city, jharkhand-827009. I am facing lot problem with the distributor, as when ever I book my cylinder they said your transaction is locked. even I submitted all my papers. From last 1 year I facing the same problem, I had complained so many times but there was no any response from Ambika Gas Agency. They talk very rudly. Please kindly look into the matter. I need some action from your end. please help me thank u.
