I placed my order based on the information given on the website www.amchiemumbai.com for an amount of 1703/-.
Unfortunately when the parcel was not delivered i tried to contact them and there was no response from the seller. They deliberately did not respond to telephone call after repated attempts and have not taken the money for the good which were promised to be delivered however have still not been delivered...
If we are truly working for the favour of the customer can someone please look into this matter and see what best can be done...
I am based in Goa, and ordered for a cake and a bunch of roses to be delivered to my fiance on valentines day. The package was never delivered and i have tried calling their supposedly 24x7 call center number and no one answers the phone.
Kindly let me know if there is a way to take them to task for taking consumers for granted. I have also checked online and found many people with similar problems faced with www.amchiemumbai.com and indiaflowerplaza.com and nothing seems to be done about it.
So please let me know if there some thing i can do.Also please note that www.indiaflowerplaza.com also is a part of the fraud as the customer service mail address is their and the to do not answer the phone when called.
I had placed an order from the website http://www.amchiemumbai.com/ I had ordered for a bouquet and a cake to be delivered on 14th feb to my fiancee. I was cheated and they had not delivered anything. And wrongfully gobbled up my money. One female picked up the phone and said that my order was registered, when infact that was no orders placed by them. I was a fool awaiting their reply.
My order number was CART30015862 on 09/02/2012 for which amount of Rs. 1, 064 was deducted from my Axis bank account. There was a transaction failure report from their end and the gateway partner had sent a mail regarding the same, i have attached that in the trail mail. Also they have not registered my order. you can check the same on the below link.

I had mailed the gateway merchant as well as the website people but there has been no response till now.
Also i would like you to verify this Merchant as i think this is a fraud company. Would help many customer from getting duped by such cheat elements in future.

Had a similar experience myself. Pathetic Lady, Cheater, Flowers delivered @ 21:35 not in the morning as one had expected. Lady kept on shouting and cutting the phone calls, as if she is the one whose doing a huge favour to us for providing the services. FRAUDSTERS, Shame on online Shopping
