[Resolved]  American Express Credit Card — payments

I had a card of this bank since 7 years which I returned by cutting into pieces 2 years back.credit limit Rs.71000.They want me to pay still Rs.84000/- I am called for conciliation under sec.62 of arbitration and conciliation act of 1996.
