Dear Sir,

I am a consumer (608746) of AMIT GAS AGENCY, 3, L-2, DDA Shopping Center, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 for last 12-13 years.

For last one year, we are facing lots of problem with the Gas Supplied by this dealer. I have booked the Gas on 8th and 9th January’2009 and they told that you will received within 2 days but as of now it is more than 9 days and we have not received the cylinder. When I contacted them say that there is no proper supply from the company itself.

Second problem with them is that the phone and always engaged. Usually they keep the phone aside. They are talking very hardly do the customer for every month like this happening.

Kindly look into the matter and take action for this.

Dear Sir
I have using your dealer service last 14 year. But iam not satisfied your dealer Cylinder Delivery.

I am facing this problem last 1-1/2 year why iam wating all the time my gas cylinder. Every time my cylinder after booking at delivered my home address minmum 25 day. What Why. They are using 2 M T N L ph line what every time busy his phone for personel calling i am see it manny times. I have two cylinder & two son both are married but i am seeing it all the time they eaten food resturant because delay delivery of cylinder. Pls do the need full help.
Kindly look in to this matter an action on it immdietly.Kindly do the need full ASAP.

When I contacted them say that there is no proper supply from the company itself.

Kindly look into the matter and take action for this.

I completely 200% agree with all above complaints written on this blog, as i also suffering same kind of problem. In my opinion, Hindustan Petroleum should terminate the service with this Dealer (Amit Gas agency), if such kind of issue goes continue, probably we should also lodge a complaint on two places,
1) Raise a concern with Petroleum ministry or send a registered copied thru Post office
2) And same copied should also send to the Consumer Court.

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer (609919) of AMIT GAS AGENCY, 3, L-2, DDA Shopping Center, Kalka, New Delhi-110019 for last 13 years.

From last 8 months, I am facing number of problem with the Gas Supplied by this dealer. I have booked the Gas on 8th Nov and called up many times they haven’t delivered, then I met personally they told me booked it again, I booked 16th Nov the gas has not delivered, I followed up and booked again on 23rd gradually and finally gas delivered on 28th December’09. Now this month again same kind of issue is repeating.

I booked the gas on 23rd January’10 but Gas has not delivered till date, when I called up & visited the gas agency they told me that you will receive within 2 days but as of now it is more than 2 days and we have not received the cylinder. When I contacted them, they are saying that there is no proper supply from the company itself.

Second problem while talking with them they have not listened and disconnected phone aside.
And now phone and always engaged. Usually they are talking very hardly with the customer for every month like this happening.

Kindly look into the matter and take proper action with Amit Gas agency Kalkaji.

H.P Gas booking no 249212, Memo no 161500 cash memo no 5 feburary 2012, SMS is sent by Amit gas agency your Hp gas refill delivered on 7 feburary 2012 vide cash memo no 161500,
but now till date we not receive the gas cylender
please confirm me, or inquire that if agency send the cylender to customer, where goes the cylender inbetween agency or customer, and delivered gas cylender immidiately.

Black market they black LPG that only might be the reason of so long delays every time, also they deliver lpg with inadequate amount of lpg, please take action against them.

pathetic service by amit gas agency. they never pick calls. request gets closed without fulfilling the requested id created.
