Life on Stake

This happened in night of 3rd Sept 09, the D Block boundary wall came crashing down. More than five cars have been damaged totally. Several Motorcycles and Scooters are buried under the debris. God was merciful, and no lives have been lost.

Please find attached some of the photographs of the terrible incident. God only knows what all we have to go through for making th error of buying a flat in this complex. How much more should we suffer for the builder's poor construction? The builder might compensate for the damaged car. Will any compensation be enough for a loss of life or lives? Do we now wait for that eventuality and only wake up after we loose a near and dear one because of the builder's poor construction.

I would like anybody who is booking their flats in Amrapali Village Indirapuram should see and think before purchasing it.

This is horrific. I can not imagine such poor construction by a builder. Amrapali group tells that they are going to invest Rs 15000 crore in next five years and bring IPO. Are they sane? With such poor and cheating contruction quality can they move further? They are going to sink down. Why only Amrapali Village Indirapuram in any society of Amrapali group anyone will never think to purchase a flat after seeing this horrific incident. I have full sympathy with affected people.

Hi, I was planning to buy a flat in amrapali villages, but it seems i should recheck once again. are there still problems with construction quality on already ready flats.

I want to buy a 2 bhk flat in Indira Puram Ghaziabad.
My preference is for resale flat.
I have read so many comments about Amrapali, Rajhans.. and very horrified to see some pictures regarding wall collapse in Amrapali and possesion related problem with Rajhans group.

Please help me out, for which builder I should go and and which area is good.
As so many builders are there with their lavishing schemes, and it made me really confusing and panicking.

Please let me know about some renowned and trusty builder,

I have bought a flat in Amrapali green and have been repenting for the same. Think twice before investing your hard earned money in Amrapali Constructions. They make all false promises and deliver nothing. they have their own home bred gundas in their every project. these gundas threaten the residents to the extent of even gunning them. so pl think twice before you purchase any flat in Amrapali

I have visted the Amrpali village socity today but entery was very pathetic due to the GDA janta flats. After that we got the news that two tower have been sealed by GDA due to unauthorization. After that demand price for resale property was very high of the socity. So i have avoided this socity. This is my review about the socity.
