[Resolved]  Amrapali Village Indirapuram — NOISE POLLUTION

Hi Complaints Board,

Society maintenance authority is very irresponsible for doing their work. Whenever there is rainfall, their basement is full of floods of water. People suffer from their parking facility in basement. And also they put their noisy generator to pump water out from basement so people suffer from alot of noise. Here maintenance office are doing their own doing. Simply they are ignoring our problems. Well in this matter, builder is culprit, here there exist RWA also, builder director Ajay Sharma dont listen to RWA requests. He has put his own trusted men and people suffer and also they dont listen RWA.

Also they have started building new towers near to NH-24 by getting so called permission from Ghaziabad Authority and they are selling as so called Amrapali Village Phase 3. Complete open area is very less, congested society with lots of tower. complete air suffocation society.
Simply this is worst society for living. Please avoid this society.

In short, Amrapali Village is worst society of Indirapuram, Please avoid this, you can get better society in the same money. The director of Amrapali Village Mr. Sharma does not care about the problems of residents. He only thinks for money only money. You can say Amrapali Group itself is cheap and thinks only about money.

Well frankly speaking, I know that no action will be taken against this society and Amrapali Group by Govt. Authority. But general public can avoid this society for their well beings of their and their beloved family.
