There is no picture and the set is dead.
The complaint was lodged with the complaints cell under no. AAL [protected] on 14/04/09
WHEN we checked up today i.e, 16/04/09 it was informed that the complaint no. was wrong.
another complaint no was given: DEL [protected] and action promised.
We request an immediate action on the matter.
