[Resolved]  Anand Jan sewa NGO — Fraud of crores

I had gone through the complete discussion and my opinion is that neither government nor any advocate can return the money. As per comments put by fellow members, it is observed that its a scam of Rs. 1100 Crore, but unfortunately government had recovered only Rs. 7 Crore. How is it possible to return the money of 1100 Crore. The person who have invested there hard core money in NGO are submitting the copy of donation card with EOW, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi but they are not thinking that when court will ask for the individual parties for the payment they have submitted, how they will let either government of India or Income Tax Department from where they have got the money and they can use the complaint lodge by the investor will be against them and at that point of time, they will not be able to answer, as the same matter will come under the scanner of Laundering of Black Money.

I would like to disagree here. The court functions in a specific format or manner. Only if a separate complaint is put forth against specific individuals or their black money, will the court investigate or intervene. The investigation or clarification of the kind of money involved or deposited by investors is beyond the purview of this complaint.
After going through the entire blog, I at times, get a feel that either the residents of madangir themselves are in favour of Anand Arora or may be, are just quite happy that they have not invested.

I am not agree with it. It is not the matter of resident of Madangir, how could u blam on resident of the area. I am puting up in the same area but not invested anything. I have put my comments based on the other comments and I am in favour that they should back there money.

Please note that no one is not in favour of Anand Arora. Resident of Madangir who have invested their money, are looking to get the money back.

I have tried to inform general public that when the complete money is not recovered, how could they get the same either from Anand Arora to any other authoritiy.

Based on the comments in the blog, I can realise that judiciary system is also involved and they are trying to release the Anand Arora and others. If the judiciary system is with NGO, they can also blame the individual investors who have invested huge amount to harrase them or to take back the case.

I'm sorry but it was personal, hence apologies if you felt so, but yes there are many people who are spreading the news that Anand Arora has said that he will come back and pay. If at all, he had any intentions of paying, then why didn't he distribute the money he had with him on the day he was arrested. Irrespective of the fact whether the sum was 50 crores or 07 crores or 29 Lakhs.
It is a well known fact that Anand has many properties in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Haryana, Rajasthan and even in Dehradun and probable many more people might not be aware of.
The court should ideally dissolve those and pay back.

hi guys i m suraj and i also know about this and i had only one home in madangir which i sold for making double money it was my mistake not anand mistake so acording to me we should do something to get our money back becouse having lived in jail anand can nothing do but after coming from jail it may be fossible to give money back we should never forget that he was giving us money he was helpping poors when he was in his own home so plz now it's our time to help him

Before investing in the uncertain financial group, kindly take full information from police station in your area, Registration number etc which would co related with RBI India. Take help of Govt. administration social workers etc as a pre precation in this regard before investment to avoid the future consequences.
Pl communicate the precautionary measure to each others what so ever.

Hi friends, sorry I could not be in touch with you for all this while and that had led to some miscommunication with some people and they are imagining a lot in their own minds. Concocted stories have started coming up on this page so I want that you should all come to the courts on every hearing and see yourself who is putting what efforts instead of just believing on "rumours, hearsay words" etc.

I have read some comments of certain persons and I found it derogatory in nature particularly by Mr. Dilli Babu who must tender unconditional apology for this asap. He has written without any proof that Adv. Rajesh Sharma will take money and will compromise with the interest of thousands of people who are victims of the fraud of Anand Jan Seva (NGO). It seems that Mr. Babu and other such people who believe that lawyers have no right to ask for their fee and they are here only for charity then he is mistaken because like doctors, engineers, media persons and other professionals we are also giving our services and charge a reasonable fee. Can you please imagine, if in this case had I not appeared then all the accused would have been discharged and you had no other remedy to pursue your case against them. It was me who is fighting for your case(cause) and how many of you have paid to me? Keep a hand on your heart & soul and ask yourself this question and then write here. Yes it is true that I am not fighting this case for free of cost because I am an honest lawyer and I do not enter into any nexus with anybody. Rather it was me who had exposed a nexus which was going on in the court and i dared to wrote to the Hon'ble Delhi High court. This step was a warning to the corrupt officers hence, they could not discharge the accused persons. Those who are smelling a scam in this are advised to stay put at their homes and forget their money because such people never thought while putting their money at the wrong place and now when they are supposed to pay for the legal services they are sniffing a scam and pointing an accusing finger on their own soldier (me) even without paying a single paisa (such people really deserve what happened to them). Now, all friends are requested to come in the court and see yourself who is fighting your battle and do not just believe on my words or Mr. Babu's on this page.

If anybody is giving an impression that lawyers fight cases free of cost i can say that he is a big hypocrite and i am not. Yes, i do fight free of cost of poorest of the poor and i have to segregate in the litigants who really deserve my services as free of cost, otherwise every litigant come to a lawyer and give this impression that he is poorest of the poor and not in a position to pay litigation charges.

@ Hi Suraj, its very saddening to know that you have lost your home which you sold and invested the collected money in this NGO. Suraj I will fight your case without charging even a single paisa in advance as a matter of fact i will consider this as service to humanity. I request you if anybody can give me details of some people who committed suicide after losing their money to Anand. Kindly give me the details of their family members also and if possible their contact numbers also. This information is sought by the hon'ble court.

(update) Friends, I am writing here for the last time but I will continue your fight and you are all free to call me on my numbers because I do not want to waste my energy on those who are rumour-mongers and without even spending a single paisa want to play havoc with a reputed persons respect and professional integrity. Accused Anand Arora will be produced in the court on Monday and on 20th of Oct.10 there will be argument on bail applications of three accused earlier mentioned in my previous page.

Mr. Sharma's anger over my comments is justified but all my comments were probabilities and not facts, which had risen from the unjustified fees that he has been so balantly asking. 20% of the amount recovered as fees would surely be a huge chunk of money.Of course he has taken this case because of his own material interests but I still feel that the fees should be a lot more reasonable. Had the welfare of the investors been of some importance to Mr. Sharma, then I think he himself would have quoted reasonable figures. But I feel earning money from this venture seems to be of paramount importance for him.

Would anyone, mr. Sharma or mr. Chadha or Mr. Ashok Arora care to inform me as to what will happen to those individuals who have not approached him but have only complained to the police. Won't they be eligible for their money if they didn't approach Mr. Sharma?

Dear friends, thanks (especially Ms. Priyanka, Deepak Sharma, Raksha) for your support and i m humbled with your positive comments and i agree that there will be negative and positive all types of people one has to face for the welfare and betterment of masses.

First of all i appreciate Mr. Dilli Babu has accepted that all his comments were only probabilities and not facts. I suggest you Mr. Babu that you are becoming a part of rumour spreaders and hence, now i warn you that i shall take a legal action against you for defaming me through internet by spreading wrong information about me and my profession.

Mr Babu can you explain when did you have a talk with me and when did i charge you money, moreover, whatever i asked my clients and they paid or did not pay can you make it an issue of public discussion? If you like to take my services at my terms and conditions that is fair but who gave you a right to defame a lawyer merely because his terms and conditions did not suit you and you spoil the unity and solidarity of the victims of this big fraud. It is very clear that you want to demoralize those who are fighting for the rights of the poor people who have lost their money. Hence, i again warn you tender unconditional apology otherwise i shall be free to take up a defamation suit against you on the basis of the comments you have made here and posted. Mr. Babu I don't need to take lessons and license from you as to how should i carry my profession and welfare for the masses simultaneously. You better see that as you were a greedy person (wanted to double withing three months in the thin air) you lost the money and now you are preaching me that i should not make earning out of this as of "paramount importance".

Friends I am determined to continue my this fight till everybody (even the last person in the queue) has got his money back. For the kind information of everybody I have not been charging from those who have lost less than Rs.50, 000/-. Such people can directly give their complaints to EOW and a copy of that complaint may be given to me. I am fighting for them free of cost but those who are in a position to pay must not expect that i shall do charity to them.

Friends, i hope you will agree with me that those who are in a position to pay and have invested a lot of money they must bear the expenses of litigation and must not mind because it is their lost money which has to be recovered and to gain something you have to pay for the litigation cost because everything cannot come free of cost(not even NGOs can give anything free of cost, don't forget that despite Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders govt.has refused to distribute rotten wheat free of cost). Moreover, i have never been asking anybody to engage me only there are other lawyers also who can represent you but it is ultimately your decision whom to engage and what to pay or not to pay. Everybody is free - clients are free so are lawyers. Nobody can impose on anybody else terms and conditions which does not suit others.

Today's update: Friends, today, one lawyer friends has made a complaint to the ACMM that he was threatened by the SHO and ACP as he was an eyewitness of the scene when money was being taken by the local police in "borras". We all lawyers unanimously demanded explanation by Delhi Police and on next date DCP/Adl DCP in person will come to explain about the money which was being taken away. Next date is fixed on 27/10/10. The issue of bail of accused has taken a back seat now.
