[Resolved] Andhra Bank ATM — Cash not received in ATM but Amount was Debited in my A/c. | |
Dear Sir, Sub: Cash not received in ATM but Amount has Debited in my A/c. Ref: A/c. No. SB. [protected],(Syndicate Bank, Peenya Branch Bangalore) I hereby wish to inform that, I was trying to withdraw the Money from the ATM in Andhra Bank, in HSR Layout Bangalore around 8.25PM on dt 20.10.2009 twice. But the transaction was denied But I didn’t received any receipt due to ATM receipt problem. But after this I checked my balance in other Bank ATM(HSR Layout Bangalore around 8.44pm) and at that time I was surprised to see that the amount of Rs.4000/- was Debited in my Account. I hereby wish to inform that, I was trying to withdraw the Money from the ATM in HDFC bank, in rasipuram 11.25 AM on dt[protected]. But the transaction was denied But I didn’t received any receipt due to ATM receipt problem. But after this I checked my balance is debited for my account RS, 1900
I request you to please rectify the error and credit that amount to my account.
