[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — forgot internet banking password

I am entry wrong transaction passward five times. So now i do not acces net banking. Pls answer me what am i doing. My email id [protected]@gmail.com.Ph no.[protected]

on 31.10.14 i sent my complaint. somebody called up me to solve the problem. they asked me user id password and transaction password and atm card no expairy date . and i told him every thig. he told me to receive link to ur mail id from that ur change ur password and transaction pass word also.i beleaved that. but up to now link is also not come and problem has also not solved.
