late delivery & no prompt service
Miserable service by Anita Gas Agency at Virar West - thane district. mumbai.GAS CONSUMER NO.: 15739

It is such a shame to note that Anita Gas Service based at Virar (west) mumbai has such terrible attitude towards its customers. First of all they don't even have any patience to hear to what the customer is saying over phone. They promise to deliver within 5 days and now it is over a month that they have not delivered the gas cylinder and more shocking that the Manager of the agency does not even think of taking forward the complaint & acting on the same.
Main Points to take action at your end:
1. telephone no's. are busy every time being 8 to 10 lines . It is difficult to book the gas cylinder and also it is still worst to follow up as people take weeks time to deliver the cylinder.
2. Arrogant response from agency staff.
3. why is the agency out of cylinder,
Suspected that these cylinders are black marketed in higher rated to some other places & agency is privately earning additional profit out of it.
Can you pls attend to these issues and get my cylinder delivered NOW

Bharath Gas - Cylinder — Late Delivery and No Response
I have booked 22nd Oct 2008 for cylinder but they are not booked, again i am verify the status on 26th Oct 2008 that time only booking and get 15 Days time till date i have not received the cylinder i am suffering please help me...
