[Resolved]  Anmol Watches & Electronics — Delivery o[censored]sed motorola set

I purchased a Motorola Defy set from Anmol Watches & Electronics on 25Oct,2011 for Rs.15000.
After purchase and submitting money, when i checked the handset at home, i found that it already had 2,3 pictures clicked from the same handset dated 3 months back.
I was shocked to find that the set was already used. These people use the handsets and replace the seals and on purchase fool you to beleive that they are opening the box first time in front of you.
I went to the shop again on 26Oct, 2011 and complained to the owner who himself had given me the set the previous day.

Instead of listening to us, he started shouting at the top of his voice and was not ready to hear a single word.
He said he ll consider the set as used only if we can show that some calls were made from it.
I argued about the pics already clicked from the cell.
He didnt listen a word and said if his intentions had been bad, he could have deleted the pics.

After trying in vain, I asked him to check another problem I had with the charger.
He took the cell from our hands and on the pretext of looking into the charger problem deleted the photographs already stored.

We came to know of this when we again checked the cell and found the pictures missing.

Now, I dont have that proof of filing the case against him in the consumer court. But I would like to know what else can I do to stop the wrong doings of such shop owners who fool the customers.
If a random check is made on his showroom, I am sure many such used handsets would be recovered in sealed boxes.

Please let me know how to file a complaint against Anmol Watches & Electronics?
