[Resolved]  Annai Cars — Car & Rental Amount not given

It is absolutely a shame to see such a response from a car company claiming to do business in a metro city like Chennai.
Points to be noted below :
I was travelling with my mother in the car, therefore no one smoked in the car including me.
By the way who told u i am a chain smoker you pricks!!! I can take you to court just for publishing this!!!
When i complained of car being dirty, It was just 20 mins from the time of pick up of the car from the airport. See the images attached.

You guys cannot call my mother and harrass her regarding the same else you will face legal proceedings from us.

I had complained about the poor condition of the car to one Mr. Vijay the moment we received he car. But your lousy driver Rajesh said that is the best condition in which they could deliver the car. Learn something from the professionals like Zoomcar.

I yet deny the fact that the tail lamp was damaged in my custody. You guys donot have anything to support your claims. There were damages all over your car including your steering column. You are endangering the life of your customers.

Very conveniently your guys picked that spot of the tail light and looted me off Rs. 1650. It is your deiver s job to make sure that the parking slip is to be taken from the customer at the time of delivery. I was in a hurry and therefore missed handing over but u guys are professionals (atleast thats what u claim). It is your bloody job to do your due diligence before relieving the customer.

Learn to get some systems in place like issuing receipts for the advance paid, mentioning the damages on the car, payment due at the time of delivery, acknowledgement of receipt of original ID proof etc., you folks are running a company in a pathetic shape and you telling to be beware of the customer!!!

Yes i asked for your guys to be at the airport at 6 PM not knowing the state of traffic conditions due to the rainfall. It took us 3 hours to get from porur to the airport. So i can apologize for the inconvenience caused there. Apart from that i dont see any reason as to why you folks should be upset with me.

Infact i made a note of the things handed over, the breakup of the Rs. 10000 i paid as advance and asked your lousy driver to sign it. See attached.

Please evolve and dont try to pass this onto me. It is your business. For sure i am not renting a car from you guys ever and nor will i recommend you to any of my people in my network.

Hopefully as a business owner you will streamline certain aspects of your business and no longer cause harm to your customers.

The car rental service company named Annai Cars is no.1 fraud company in chennai, The Don Bosco dog is the owner of Annai cars, anna nagar. i have given my car for rental services, he gave 4 months rent, after that he didnt gave rent for 3months and he has promised to fix the GPS, the charge for that is 12000rs, he wont fixed that also. and now he is threatening me that i dont have your car and i dont know about you. but i have car rental agreement also. is there any way to recover my car rental amount of Rs.27000 + Rs.12000 = Rs.39000. please take necessary action to recover my amount. Hi I have recently used annai cars on my trip to chennai. The initial response to the booking was good and the driver was about 15 mins late to the airport to deliver the car to me. I was told over the phone that the car was in immaculate condition and it was a new Maruti Swift petrol. To my surprise, when I entered the car, it was smelling stale and it was very dirty with cigarette ash and what not.. The tyres did not have wheel covers, seats were filthy. Damages all around the car. Once I started driving, I felt that car also had a damaged steering column due to which it dragged on the left consistently. On returning the car, I was told that the tail lamp was broken by me and they had to charge a Rs. 1600 off my 5k deposit. There was no evidence of any such damage done by us on our trip. On asking that their guy had the audacity to tell us that we were supposed to take pictures of all sides of the car when it was given to us. This is not how a standard car company operates. Highly unprofessional guys are operating this cab company.

I agree with your complaint. he is fraud person only. I gave my car for rent due to his unsatisfied services. I have taken back my car but fully damaged. he has given a written statement to pay the damaged amount as per the showroom cost. still no response. when I called to him. not even a proper response. please my suggestion don't attach any car to Annai Cars. Its my humble request to everyone.

As soon as possible I will meet him in Court or Police Station. I have all the proof to show against him. he has given a written statement with his sign & company seal.

People who are all affected by that fraud don Bosco, please give a complaint on him at V4 police station. I have already given complaint, if everyone give means sure police will take care that fraud.

He is no.1 fraud don bosco..he is campany name annai cars villivakkam..car owners dont attech u r car in this dog campany...he is not give u car rental money and rudely talk...car not mainted properly so many damage so not give attech u r cars...he is no.[protected] fraud

My complaint has been resolved, annai cars settled my balance payment, so kindly make this complaint has resolved and please remove this complaint if possible.
