Anusat association was formed as an elected association from among the residents of anushakthinagar. It is an organisation where the elected office bearers are not paid class. Their internet services started very long back, even before the present high speed broadband services had come into existence. Now, this is not a profit making professional body to upgrade the systems as soon as it becomes available in market. This, and also due to other limitations of working inside the colony, they may not be able to act as per the expectations. Still I feel, within their available resources, they are performing well. Also there is no restriction to other service providers (having wireless broadband) to provide their services in the colony.

Anusat association is the epitome of corruption and malpractices, as in all govt organizaations.
I have a 512 kbps connection and was getting 50KB/s as download speed.
my pc run for atleast 18 hours with internet is on.
Looking at our high download data they just reduced our download speed to 38 KB/s and they just suck. Bloody Madarchod...

Yes, they have a very primitive style of working. They renew the account only after they receive the amount in advance, even for an old customer. They just disconnect the connection on the last day if the payment does not reach them in advance, as if the customers are going to run away with their money! very disgusting.

they don't know anything, lazy people who don't do their work and are busy always in smthng or the other .I thought at least in Barc this problem will not be there b wat can we do
i agree to this anusat sucks.. i have 1 Mbps connection and the speed i get is 0.04 Mbps - 0.14 Mbps.
I agree tht the speed can't be perfectly 1 Mbps but atleast can I expect a 0.5 Mbps speed.
Services suck and there are some days when the internet doesn't work but when it comes to payment they have no loopholes. They cut the connection on the last day itself. No extension on the deadline. As if we are running away with their money.

Yes I agree, their phone is always busy or they are not attending the problem.
I had applied for internet and deposited Rs 1010 as an advance but they are not ready to install the line. I had spent 3 day valuable Cl for this purpose they they did not come. Every time they are telling that they are coming but they will not come. I have to wait wait and wait in my room. I am very much worried about my money which they have immediately withdrawn from my account. They are sucking to consumer’s as they are taking advantage of being only provider in the BARC colony.
