[Resolved]  AOC Monitor — Problem in Display and Starting

Dear sir,

With respect to the above subject, I would like to draw your attention that we are facing an intolerable issue and problem in a Monitor that we bought from AOC company.

This is not the first time we are facing such a problem regarding the same.

1. Before 2-3 months we first faced the problem of display in the monitor. We asked them to solve it. But they sent their man after 3 weeks of the complain.

NOTE: Their man was not a direct employee and therefore was very careless in his behaviour and work method.

2. The person who came here suggested an issue and told us that he could not solve it at that time so he had to go to collect some devices.

3. He did not come till 2 more weeks and we had to REGISTER ANOTHER COMPLAIN again.

4. Then a guy came after a long waiting and he somehow solved the problem superficially or temporarily.

5. Again when we started the monitor after 2 weeks we faced the BIG problem. NOW, the monitor does not display anything. It is not getting started.


I wrote all the issues step by step so that you can get the idea of our condition.

Sir, I would like to inform you that we are dealing with an IT business and therefore it is the most essential thing that we need our computer parts working properly.

We have been losing clients and work due to this issues. In addition to these loses our reputation in the market is also getting down.

And, most important thing is that this is a RECESSION TIME in USA and EUROPE. In such a Bottle-necking period of time when our resources are not working properly, you can imagine our condition.

I kindly request you to consider this complain seriously and try to help us. The only intention to write you everything is to reveal our Tight-Position in such a TIME.
