[Resolved] Apollo Tyres — tyre blasted before 900 km-No response from consumer forum or apollo

I have purchased chevrolet beat from TRIDENT CHEVROLET,BANGALORE.
The car came with APOLLO ACCELERE tyres.The tyre blasted while running just after 900 km.

Besides raising complaints in consumer forum('Apollo Tyres Complaints - DEFECT POOR QUALITY POOR SERVICE'),I received a call from consumer forum and asked me appollo tyres will contact me and get the issue solved.But even after three months since the call from consumer forum,No action is taken from appollo tyres.

DOES THIS MEANS EVEN CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS DOES NOT HAVE AN INFLUENCE VER APPOLLO TYRES?

If this is the case,request you to advice me about the next step,or to go to consumer court.

I have a similar crack on the tyre. It was on Maruti new Wagon R VXI. The tyre company has rejected the warranty claim. Please let this be brought in knowedge o[censored]ser not to buy Apollo Tubeless tyres. [protected]@yahoo.com

I brought 4 Set of New Appolo Accelere 185/65 R-14 from M/s Arihant Tyres, Toranagallu, Bellary Dist, Karnataka on . The Tyre fitted at Hyundai Service Center & alignment and balancing was done. Within 200 Kms after fitment in the Front Right wheel a bump of approx. 8" appeared on the rim. I approached the dealer, who in-turn sent the Tyre to M/s Appolo Tyre - Go-down in Hospet after a weeks follow up.
After further delay of a week the Service Engineer says the Tyre cannot be replaced as its an Impact Break.

Please note the Bump is on its rim & this was surely due to week Rubber quality.

After one month now, one more Tyre is getting a similar kind of a bump on the left rear wheel.
