[Resolved]  Appco Marketing Pvt. Ltd — FALSE MARKETING AND DECEPTION OF RS.1490

About two months ago, i.e. in june,2012, we had two salesperson visiting our house on behalf of Appco Marketing Pvt.Ltd with a view of selling Reliance DTH services. They mentioned that they were onto some special campaining wherein they would offer Reliance DTH services with some discounts and platinum pack of channels only to some selected customers. Not only this they duped us with false marketing saying that they are offering Platinum pack of channels at Rs.174 per month and giving one month of free subscription after which we can avail this pack at Rs.174 per month. But after the free period of 1 month got over, I recharged with Rs.174 and 11 days after I got a warning message to recharge with minimum of Rs.402 to view platinum pack. After all this, I called up Mr.Sanjay(salesperson) who sold us the product, he too showed up his true colors saying that you can shift to bronze pack if I wanted to stick to Rs174 per month subscription. I scolded him for that since he offered us the platinum pack at Rs.174 for lifetime, but then he kept ignoring my calls. Please help me in this matter since not only me, this marketing firm deceived many people throughout the state or perhaps country and I have also read many similar complaints on consumer forum but there hasn't been any reply from their side. So kindly help me and many other people get justice in this matter otherwise these firms may continue spoiling and draining a common man's pocket which is truly unfair. I do hope to get some positive reply and support to curb this injustice towards many people like me. Thank you and eagerly waiting for your response.
