[Resolved]  Apple a day properties — Money cheating

I booked an Apartment in Apple Nanohomes, Flat in the tenth floor, before 2 yrs. They promised the flat will be completed in 24 months. A paid an amount of about 6.5 Lakhs, now no information about them. I tried to contact through telephone, it is disconnected. Please consider my case and help me to get my money back.

I know apple a day properties spending 2 crore Rs on their ads per month through Chavara ad Kottayam and Cochi. They spend lakhs of Rs together to mislead consumers by saying untruth statements. It is the responsiblity of Chavara ads to answer the consumers. The money they took from customers is using for the election fund for JOSEPH Chavara the MD of Chavara ads, in the recent assembly election. File a complaint aganist Indian News paprer Society about their misleading advertisements. Chavara is an INS acredited agency and will have to answer the questions from the consumers about the authenticity of the ads published by them. Otherwise they need to give back the money to all the custemer who are misleaded by Chavara ads and apple a day properties.

JOSEPH CHAVARA the MD of Chavara ads kottayam/kochi is the master mind behind Apple a day properties and their misleading ads. he took the moneyfrom apple a day properties for their ads in full page in leading news papers. Indian News paper socity can do a lot to get the money back.If Chavara ads will not give the money back they will lose the INS acrediation which they never accepect. Any how they will give the money back if you Complaint in INS( Indian News paper society) Some says a few clients got the money back from Chavara ads. If any body got money from Chavara ads please inform me. we can raise a complaint in INS which will make positive results. They are the advertisers of Anna Aluminium Chakson Butterfly like branded companies, we can raise complaints in those companies also about the misleading ads from Chavara ads for apple a day properties.

We can raise a complaint in Indian News Paper society (INS)on their misleading ads, and their agency Chavara ads for misleading ads on apple ice the tallest building in cochi.

There are multiple complaints about this group.
They have attempted multiple projects but only one or two got completed.
Even the completed ones have work pending as per their original specifications

I too have been cheated for the NANO VILLA and have paid 5 lacs which they never returned though i visited their office several times and fought with the staff there. the Staff at their office were also cheating us.please let me know what steps have you taken now. did you file a case with the court.
