Respected sir, I'm a software engineer. Today(17-April-2009) morning around 9o'clock i catch a 255D Metro-express bus(bus number ap11z1966) from JNTU bus stop, to Lingampally. The ticket price is 7 rs, i had given 10rs note. Then the lady conductor in that bus talked very rudely with me, for not giving the exact change. She said that if cant u bring the change, then why you climb the bus. If she says, “decently” to get down the bus i will do it with out problem. But the way she spoke to me, i really cant able to digest. Even after my destination reaching she did not return my change(not even written back side of my ticket the return amount). This is not the first time happening to me. So many times i dropped with out getting return money from conductors. I know this cant be changed immediately, but i HOPE. Was this information helpful? |
I am staying at East Maredpally and I am working as a faculty for civil services students. I have to shuttle to Asok Nagar daily and have to be there by 6AM in the class, the problem is daily am waiting more than 45 minutes to catch 40 Number Bus ie., Secuderabad to Koti Bus.
I observed the Bus should be come at 5:30am to Secuderabad Bus stop, but it never come on time, not only myself with me so many other passengers also suffering alot of waiting for this bus, some time the Bus come by 6:10 or by 6:30am well the Bus timeings are hainging inbetween 5:45 to 6:30am.
Today (11.6.09) I have asked the conductor why the Bus was late, then I really shocked of giving the answer by the conductor and he used unparlamentary language and even the driver too.
Hence I am requesting you take an action of both the driver and condctor(today's conductor - the conductor is changed today) and please make sure that the Bus should reach the Secuderabad stop on proer time that is 5:30am.
