APSRTC — BUSSES ARE TOUCHING THE POING

Sir, i am from tanuku, w g dist. i would like to bring to your notice that kakinada depot busses are not coming in to the tanuku bus depot and they are passing through the bypass highway. passengers are forced to wait for the busses on the highway, which is very dangerous. recently an accident has took place on the highway - one mini lorry dashed three passengers who are waiting for the bus and they lost their lives. there is no shelter on the highway to wait for the busses. i contacted the traffic inspector of east godavari in the mobile no [protected] regarding the same complaint. but he has not responded properly. he said that they will care for the passengers who are boarding between kakinada and ravulapalem. i informed him that i am going to lodge a complaint and he said ok you will do what ever you want. i humbly request you to look in to the matter and it should be solved within 7 days of time otherwise i am constrained to lodge a complaint in the consumers forum against apsrtc.

how i get latest state wide depots time tables, fares, etc.,
I send one complaint to MD, and others senior Officials.
But my emails bounced.
Please let me know how to get my information.

Respected Sir/Mam,
This is the complaint which is raised against the bus driver. we the students of colleges belonging to ramanthapur area. The Bus no 18v which has to arrive from the secunderabad station at 8:30 am every day, But the bus starts at 8:45 from the station itself. As our college starts at 9:00 am we are unable to reach the college on time. Even many employees are facing the same problem. The bus driver is too harsh and will stop the bus away from the stop, I request you the grandselves to take some reaction on the above stated and atleast the bus should start at 8:30
