Apsrtc — NOT ISSUED HALF TICKET

We the holders of family CAT CARD issued by APSRTC, Mancherial, Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh 504 208 BOARDED at Patancheru Bus Stand by AP28 Z 4025, SERVICE NO.1931 Of HYDERABAD-BIDAR SUPER EXPRESS APSRTC BUS service and asked for 2 Full tickets for CAT Card concession and one half ticket upto Zaheerabad Depot. But, the On duty Conductor of the above mentioned service on 16th night at 9.30 PM, who is in Abrasive condition has reluctant to issue half ticket and issued 3 Full Tickets upto Zaheerabad dept, saying there will not be any half ticket in APSRTC and only full tickets will be issued and he abused us in filthy language for possing Family CAT CARD and insulted infront of Co-passengers and halted the Bus for about Twenty minutes and in a rude way he tried to manhandle us, which is unwaranted and should not be taken a lenient way to behave with the valued FAMILY CAT CARD PASSENGERS.

I request the concerned authorities should take this complaint and the concerned Conductor of the above Service Bus will be punished in such a way that it should be lesson to other employees of APSRTC.

I am having all the Proofs that to be shown, if asked.
