sir,
I m sushil mainwal, having daily journey between
lakdi -ka- Pul and Indira Nagar, Gachibowli and giving daily fare in Metro Delux -Rs.12, In Metro-Rs.11 & Ordinary -Rs.9. but today 20/1/2011, I take Metro Delux from Lakdi Ka Pul to Indira Nagar. The conductor ask me Rs. 13/- for this route. when I ask question that why u charge Rs.13/- instead of Rs. 12/- then he told me that "whose somebody can better understand they charge Rs.13/- and whose somebody cant better understand they charge Rs. 12/-".
Sir, there is no matter of Rs. 1/- but there is a matter rules & regulation and service quality in buses with the customers/passenger.
