[Resolved] Apsrtc — NOT REFUND FAILED TRANSACTION | |||
Dear, For your information on dated 26.03.2013 When i was trying to book the ticket but transaction failed and deducted from my Account 380/-. The same day I have write to letter to APSRTC on email id - online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in and also called this number[protected] they have provided us one Ticket ID :88312. From to till date we have spent much money for calling to customer care and email sending the same but no-one responded yet. Transaction ID S92853716 thru Andhra Bank.
