Apsrtc — ticket cancellation

Please providTeam, I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad (MGBS) to Bangalore(Shantinagar) through APSRTC ONLINE (with login Vikas_cccc) on the date of 6/09/2013. Journey date is 7-9-2013. But Due to Telangana Bundh this service has been cancelled. While I have contacted customer care i got the information that the money will credit to my account. For that they suggested to send a mail to "online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in" 4 times I have sent mail to this mail address. But till now i haven't got my money back. At least i haven't got any reply from APSRTC.e as much information as possible...
