[Resolved]  Aqua Dual Sim Mobile — bad service & despatch of wrong product

The SBI Credit Card Holder have been given this option that they can buy this AUQA Dual Sim X6 and other items from Deals4All, a Mumbai based Company with Tool Free No.[protected],[protected],[protected] with Complaint Phone No.[protected] Which after a hold time of more then 30 minutes is not attend to, The products have been given a Excellent publicity by the SBI Official Website. http://www.sbicard.com/sbi/priceless01_offer.jsp, I booked the item on 17th Feb., 2009 at 8.17 pm with order no.[protected] and gave my SBI Credit Card Details, The Credit Card has not been debited till now, which shows that the party is Compromising the Card Details in their data bank also till date the product has not arrived and also as per the latest information they don't have this item in India, It seems very odd that a Bank like State Bank of India is party to such shady deals, where they don't check the quality of the product and what the service is like, after 22 days today i get a mail saying that they have canceled the order when i informed them by mail that i am going to the Consumer Forum, after i had spoken to the SBI Customer Care Executive and also their Team leader with a copy of the mail to the Head SBI Card Services, I feel that the Top Officials of the SBI are directly involed in this Fraud wich is also Compromising the Card Details of its Existing Customers. I Would request this forum to take immediate action in this regard

Even i had ordered the same phone on the same date.
They are a real cheat what to do????

with your detail complaint, I have dragged my hands in placing order for Aqua Hand set with firm recommended by sbi. I do agree there must be bad smell in the recomendation of SBI. I have a bad experience ie SBI is also providing our addresses to different company. Last Year my address was given to Readers Digest .

Can anybody in this world can clarify me that whether I should buy a aqua phone or not, I decided to buy one but after reading all comments, I am scared now and seems I will be one of the fools if i buy now.But dear friends I earlier order for 1 pc camera they delivered on time only and its still working and overall i am happy with its performance is this aqua is equally good like that polaroid camera or not.

The colour we do not want is what is we get and moreover much better models are available in many stores with mobile TV and all kinds of advanced features. Aqua X6 is not supported by BSNL for internet activity. The price is very exuberant and the make is from China. I have lost my faith in deals 4 all which is only another call centre which is institution for convincing clients and customers like us who are pry for this. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DEALS 4ALL (It is not deals 4 all they should be called deals 4 ball) PLEASE SHUT DOWN THE CALL CENTRES TO SAVE ECONOMY OF THIS WORLD

The above complaint is true...this happend with me also ... as per there (SBI CARD HOLDER SCHEME) I order for 2 no. of Auqa X6 ... 3 weeks before but till now I havent received ... and my card been debited ... on calling customer care no. no one is bother to receive any call either it rings or make you hold for long hour ... it is not possible to call every time STD ...

my phone aqua x6 is also giving me trouble whereas it is still in warranty period.The USB chord and USB port is not working properly. only charging is being done, no data transfer is accessable. every time I was told to show the phone in open market.there is not any proper service outlet for repair of this phone. In open market it is very hard to find the competable spares of this phone.very bad after sale service. I am very much disappointed after purchasing of this phone from Deals 4 all.

Hi every body I bought the same Aqua X2 mobile from SBI DB Card, the model what I received is different. To be frank its utter cheating the mobile is worth for 1500 only.
But I bought online for 3999 that to promotional offer stupid one.
I believed bcz of SBI promotional, but we should not all are cheaters.
Disadvantage
1) Operating Very Difficult
2)Very poor battery Back up plz don’t go i[censored] talk more than half n hour in phone.
3) No FM in the set
4) Poor camera
5) There is no silent mode in the mobile
6) When hearing song u can’t adjust the volume
7) Speaker quality bad u feel more vibration when playing song
8) Mobile felt down its getting heat I am scared and I switch off for 3 min

I cant tolerate the charger u have to be a doctor then only u can use the charger its very flat small pin and u wont get the charger in market as that pin has 24 type so u
Have to search for exact pin.
Advantage
1)Dual sim is the only plus
2)Look of the phone some like some say it’s like play phone.

I will say u can get a local china phone with more additional features for 2500 to 3000.
Please friends don’t go for it, buy brad one always good.

Shameless / helpless people. After few days only one sim is working. Nobody is taking reposibility for the same.

I also faced the same problem with deals 4 all and SBI Card.

I purchased Aqua S 8 and found the different phone. We should never buy anything from Deals 4 All.

I have purchased an aqua dual sim mobile model X2 from the offer I got from deals 4U the mobile is giving problem. After few days only one sim was working moreover it has been informed by my service provided IDEA/SPICE that IMEI no.[protected] is not valid as per Goverment guidelines, it was fetched by dialing *#06# moreover it differs as written on the hand set as [protected].Only one IMEI is writen [protected] instead of two, can some one tell me what should I do. Its mean one should never buy anything from Deals 4U.

I can clearly state from this bad experience that the so called 'State Bank Of India' has cheated all its customers who have bought theaqua phone(using sbi card) with great expectation.The list of complaints with this phone exceeds my monthly grocery list.They are:
1.Not accepting-memory card(no card).
2.The phone gets heated up within ten minutes o[censored]sage.
3.The touch screen is insensitive.
4.It is a mere china set.
5.charger problem
The only plus point is its look.
What can i do now?We should give a piece of our mind 2 these cheaters.
