[Resolved] Aquafina — Misbehavior of Distributor | |
Hi, I have serious complaint against Pepsi (Aquafina) distributor for DLF PHase IV, Gurgaon - Col Kaul. First, the deliveries of drinking water are very irregular and everytime we have to call the helpline no[protected] to remind them to supply water. Today, Col Kaul, the distributor for our region was very abusive to my wife and banged the phone on being reminded about to supply the water. I have high regards for defence persons and have lot of senior in my relations. The attitude and behavior of Col Kaul was depressing and unacceptable. Questions for Pepsi - Are you doing us favor by supplying water ? C'mon we are paying for the same. Have you kept the right distributors like Col Kaul who do not have idea on how to interact with customers ? I would demand immediate intervention from Pepsi India so that they can explain to Mr. Kaul some lessons on customer service. Regards, Raman Was this information helpful? | |

I have taken bottle of mineral water Aquafina from Pacific mall. They took Rs. 50 for 1 lit. of water. In market cost is Rs. 20/- but they are changing Rs. 50/- They have given me bit of Rs. 50/- only. This not fare. As per the ruling of supreme Court no one can charge more than mrp in water bottle, so please take some action. Thanks
